The Great Salt Lake has shrunk by more than half in the past few decades. As the lake dries up, we face unimaginable consequences, such as toxic dust storms that exacerbate Salt Lake City’s already polluted air, rapidly decreasing wildlife populations, and the possibility of contaminated drinking water. By failing to take meaningful action, Utah leaders are stealing our future from us – we must act now!
SAVE THE DATE for a youth-organized protest regarding the crisis we are facing. Help us demonstrate to state leaders that time is running out for the Great Salt Lake: the countdown has begun and we are watching their decisions closely.
